REPAIR PROCESS

All Units are serviced in the following manner:
Disassembled, Sand Blasted, Cleaned,
Rebuilt, Painted and Tested

Here's how the Repair Process Works ...
We don't just fix your register.  Your register is completely disassembled and rebuilt.  Casings are stripped, sand blasted and washed clean, then all parts are assembled and painted.  The register mechanisms are also completely torn down, cleaned and blasted (except for plastic and painted pieces).  A special blasting material is used which removes corrosion and grit without harming the metal plating.

We rebuild it from bottom to top so that the gears line up correctly with proper clearances guaranteeing a smooth run with a minimum of drag and resistance.  The Positive Stop Lever is installed, if necessary, and print wheels are properly fitted.  It is then tested, adjusted on our test bench and installed in the casing.  The result is a finished product that is much less expensive and virtually indistinguishable from a new register!

All Registers are converted to Neptune's "5000 Series" Positive Stop.  Click here to read more about Positive Zero Stop Assembly.
