years experience in register repair, we offer your organization
prompt, professional service. Our expertise includes Neptune, Veeder-Root,
Liquid Controls, A.O. Smith Registers and Pre-Set Units.
First-rate service at a fair
price is the key to keeping our customer satisfied. Master Meter
Repair has built it's reputation on this principle.
We prefer rebuilding your
register and returning it to you, however, we do offer an exchange
program. We accept VISA and MasterCard on exchanges and reserve the
right to charge for a new register if one is not returned to us within two
weeks. You will receive a high quality product and in return we
expect to receive the same series and type with no missing parts.
Turnaround time for
rebuilding your register is usually no more than two weeks.
Occasionally problems arise that are beyond our control (i.e., broken
print hammers or slow wheels that don't reset to zero), but over the years
we have been able to minimize the delays created by these problems.
We stand behind our
workmanship and confidently offer a 1-year / 500,000 gallon warranty.
We also offer discounts on
new Neptune, remanufactured Veeder-Root Registers and Pre-Sets.
